    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons and weekends. Popular dates can fill quickly, while weekday and Sunday dates offer greater availability and special pricing.

    What dates and times are available for weddings?
    Weddings can be hosted year-round, subject to availability. We offer flexible time blocks, including single-day and multi-day wedding options. Please contact us to confirm available dates and timing.

    Yes. Special pricing is available for weekday and Sunday weddings, making them an excellent option for couples seeking flexibility and added value.

  • Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?
    Yes, we offer thoughtfully designed wedding packages with straightforward pricing and no complex structures. Custom packages can also be tailored to meet your specific event needs and vision.

    How many guests can the venue accommodate?
    Our wedding spaces can comfortably accommodate intimate gatherings as well as larger celebrations. Package pricing is based on guest count, and we are happy to help determine the best layout for your event. Our venue can accommodate upto 500 guests but can vary depending on various factors.  

    Are multiple-day weddings allowed?
    Yes. We offer multi-day wedding options that are ideal for cultural, destination-style, or extended wedding celebrations.

  • What wedding spaces are available on the property?
    We offer multiple distinct venues for ceremonies, receptions, and related celebrations, including the Grand Pavilion, Oak Ceremony Site, Great Lawns, Lily Pond, and Palk Island. Couples may choose one or multiple spaces depending on their event flow.

    Can we host both the ceremony and reception on-site?
    Absolutely. Many couples choose to host their entire wedding experience on our property, from ceremony to reception and pre-wedding events.

  • Can we bring our own vendors?
    Yes. Couples are welcome to bring their own licensed and insured vendors. We are also happy to share preferred vendor recommendations upon request.

    Is a wedding coordinator required?
    A professional day-of or month-of coordinator is strongly recommended to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day.

  • When can vendors access the venue for setup?
    Vendor access times vary based on your selected package and event duration. Detailed setup and breakdown timelines will be provided during the planning process.

    Are decorations allowed?
    Yes. Décor is welcome, provided it does not cause damage to the property. All décor must be removed at the end of your event unless otherwise arranged.

    Is parking available for guests?
    Yes. On-site parking is available and clearly marked. Our team will provide guidance for guest arrival and parking logistics.

  • What happens in case of inclement weather?
    We offer flexible options and contingency plans in the event of inclement weather. Our team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless celebration.

    Is smoking allowed on the property?
    Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property to ensure guest safety and protect the natural surroundings.

    Are pets allowed during weddings?
    Pets are not permitted during weddings or events, with the exception of trained and certified service animals.

Our Signature Spaces

Grand Pavilion

The Grand Pavilion spans 9,600 square feet and features a stunning barn-style design, framed by rustic oak trees on one side and a charming fruit garden on the other. The space is fully illuminated with modern lighting and supported by Wi-Fi throughout. It also includes climate-controlled His and Her getting-ready suites, each with its own luxurious private bathroom.

Oak Ceremony

The Oak Ceremony space rests beneath majestic rustic oaks, framed by beautiful towering trees and overlooking a sweeping great lawn. Custom-crafted benches provide seating for up to 200 guests. A spacious 15’ × 25’ stage accommodates ceremonies of any size and is complemented by a long, beautifully paved aisle. The entire area is fully illuminated to create a dramatic ambiance for evening events, with dedicated power available for audio, visual, and other ceremony needs.

Great Lawn

For those who dream of a wedding without limits, the Great Lawn offers unparalleled scale. Framed by a towering backdrop of oaks and pines, this lush expanse allows for creative layouts, tenting options, and enough space for up to 500 of your closest friends and family.
